    In my professional life I am foremost an artist. I am happiest when making something. I love to "try things out" and create prototypes until I hit on something that "works"
    I hope that devotion to to my craft rubs off on my students. I love to teach creative concepts and give students the skills to develop their style and unique way to make a mark in this ever increasingly buzzing world! I have a BA degree in Fine Art and a certification in Web design.  I won my first art award in 1980 and have exhibited work in New York and Baltimore.  Several pieces of my art have been published in literary journals, including  "The Red Anthology" by Indigo Press.
